Well, we’re about to say goodbye to TN and hello to VA! The house is empty, the cars are full, and the moving truck is on the way to the new house!
I got to meet this wonderful family this afternoon for their session, and they were one of the easiest families I have photographed! The little guys were a riot, and kept everyone laughing through the session– my duck puppet didn’t even need to make an appearance! We were through in record time, not really a bad thing considering today’s heat!
I had a fantastic time, and safe travels to those of you traveling back home!

I had so much fun at the stables today with this bunch! The little guys, {L} and {J} had me cracking up the entire time! The gallery will have some cameo apperances by the horses, they wanted desperately to be invovled too (we had the most fun with the one that nodded yes at everything we said!)!
Enjoy your sneak peeks, and I will let you know when your gallery is up!

New life :) l Charlottesville Birth Photographer
May 21, 2009My good friend (you saw her maternity portraits in the yellow field) had a baby today, and I was lucky enough to be there to capture all the excitement for her and her husband :)
Welcome to the world {T}, and I can’t wait to get some official newborn portraits of you in a few days!

I got to see one of my favorite 3 month old clients again today for her 6 month session! She has grown so much in the last 3 months, and has quite the personality! Those gorgeous blues are as striking as ever, and that gummy smile paired with the baby chub legs almost made me want to stay and just play with her all day! The little stinker gave the best smiles when she was looking “upside down”!
Enjoy the sneak peeks mom & dad, and I’ll let you know when your gallery is up!

May 16, 2009Today I met with my daughter’s preschool teacher (I guess I should say “former”– Abbie graduated yesterday!) to capture some fabulous images for her family to enjoy! We had a great time, despite watching the sky every 2 min to make sure it wasn’t about to pour on us! Enjoy your sneak peek {A}, and I will let you know when your gallery goes up!
